    I first started doing yoga 3 years ago now, I had never really been that much into doing exercise and had always hated going to the gym but then I discovered the wonders of yoga. I really enjoy it as I can do it in my own time and basically anywhere I liked. I was at a time in my life when I was really stressed and everything seemed to be going wrong.
